The story of Cryptologic gaming software starts as a fairy tale about two boys with a big dream. The company was founded by the brothers, Andrew and Mark Rivkin. Three years later, in 2015, Amaya Inc. sold all the Cryptologic games and some titles from other providers to the NYX Gaming Group. This time, the price was much higher - $119m.
