Yebo Casino Review
If you have nothing to compare Yebo Casino to - it’s alright. One software provider (RTG)? What, there can be more in a casino (hint: yes)? The wagering requirements on a 150% first deposit match bonus are 40 times the bonus and deposit combined? Isn’t it standard (hint: no)? Live dealers? Don’t you have to visit a read casino to see those (hint: no)? Anyway, you’d better find a better one, unless you’re really desperate for a South African casino.
- Round-the-clock live chat;
- VIP program;
- No phone support;
- No live games;
- Stiff wagering requirements - 40xB+D.
Yebo Casino was established in 2014 with the aim to become the leading online casino in South Africa. While they do accept players from other countries,almost all transactions are processed in ZAR (South African Rand). The casino is regulated by the Government of Curacao.
The website looks pretty standard, nothing to write a poem about. What’s irritating is that they don’t let you try out the games (or even see the actual game lobby) until you open an account. The lobby is pretty generic. In fact, that’s exactly what it is - a generic RTG lobby, with no personality about it at all.
“The lobby is pretty generic. Oh, wait, that’s exactly what it is - a generic RTG lobby, with no personality about it at all.”
Banking: The selection of withdrawal options is fine, and includes methods like Visa/Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, Bitcoin, and Wire Transfer. As we said, all the transactions are processed in ZAR, but using Neteller you will be able to convert your funds into EUR. The payout time is average - it takes around 2 days to withdraw the funds.
Customer Support: The support center can be reached through the email, live chat, and toll-free phone number. What is also important, the service is available round the clock.
Software and Game Variety
We kinda gave it away in the previous paragraph - the casino is powered by RTG software, and comes in both the instant play and downloadable versions. In total there are about 200 games. They become available only after you open account. Everything you see before that is just a showroom.
Anyway, let’s take a closer look at some of their game titles:
- Slots: Naughty or Nice, Eternal Love, Ghost Ship;
- Jackpots: Megasaur, Aztec’s Millions, Spirit of the Inca;
- Table Games: Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps;
- Video Poker: Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Joker Poker;
- Other Games: Keno, Lottery, Bingo.
Mobile and Live Games
Both mobile website and mobile lobby are kinda bad. Not to say you can’t play the games (those run just fine), it’s just that the navigation could be much better.
Unfortunately, the casino doesn’t offer any live games yet. We can only hope that they’ll come to their senses and add those sometime soon.
Bonuses and Promotions
Yebo Casino gives you a three-deposit bonus, which is worth up to ZAR 12,000 (~€720) in total. Let’s just see how it works:
- First Deposit: a 150% match bonus up to ZAR 2,250 (~€135);
- Second: a 75% match reward up to ZAR 3,750 (~€225);
- Third: a 50% match up to ZAR 6,000 (~€360).
It seems alright, but the wagering requirements make it complete crap - 40x on the deposit plus bonus amount. And note, the bonus will be added to your account automatically after you make a deposit. So, if you don’t wanna meet those crazy wagering requirements, you’d better contact their support team first.
“The wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are way beyond reasonable.”
Take a look at the promotions page for more details on their current VIP program, bonuses and other promos.
