Vip Room Casino Review
Vip Room Casino doesn't have any wagering requirements on the first three deposits. But what's the point, if the bonus is phantom and can never be withdrawn? It's like a huge delicious cake, that you can eat all you want, but don't feel any taste. Anyway, this place is average, thanks to the fantastic game library they have.
Pros
- Decent wagering requirement - 30xB;
- 2 languages;
- Tournaments;
- SSL encryption.
Cons
- The support can be unresponsive;
- Poor selection of live games.
Vip Room Casino was established in 2013. As you can tell by the name, it has a luxurious feel about it, and tries really hard to look cool. They are licensed by the Government of Curacao.
The website is a bit outdated, with all those flash animations, and non-responsive design. The lobby is also kinda awkward, and features some weird sorting options, like sort by unsorted in reverse. What the hell are we supposed to get by this? There’s also only 15 games per page, and you move through them by clicking the tiny page number at the bottom. Not really convenient. Anyway, despite all this, the website does the job fine.
“In the lobby there’s a sorting method - sort by unsorted in reverse. What the hell are we supposed to get by this?”
The banking options are alright - Skrill, Neteller, credit cards, Paysafecard, and Wire Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is a bit higher than average - €20-25, depending on the method. They also claim to have instant withdrawals (within one hour) for e-wallets.
The support is available through the email, and live chat. The working hours are not listed. When we tried to reach them, the chat was offline, so we assume it’s not 24/7.
Software and Game Variety
Vip Room Casino have collected the games from most popular providers out there. There’s like a dozens of them: huge developers like Nextgen, Netent, Microgaming, Betsoft, and Play’n GO, and smaller studios - Join Games, Gameart, Genesis Gaming, GamesOS, Mr Slotty, and more. It would have been nice if they had filters by developers, so that you could easily check out the games by less common studios, but alas. The total number of games is shocking - almost 1000!
There are over 800 slot games, holy hell! Of course there are all the famous titles - Avalon, Gonzo’s Quest, Irish Eyes, Break da Bank, Sin City Nights, and others. But wait, there’s more! Have you ever heard of slots like Cleopatra18+, Emoji slot, Troll Faces, Freaky Gym, or Face the Ace? If you’re looking for something new - this is where you’ll find it.
Other games are reasonably diverse as well: video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, a surprising amount of casino poker variations, keno, bingo, scratch cards, and more.
Mobile and Live Games
We were a bit concerned that the website, being kinda dated as it is, won’t work well on mobile devices. We’re glad to be mistaken. The casino takes a while to load in a mobile browser, but after that run flawlessly.
The big Live Casino button at the top of the page doesn’t work for some reason. However, you can still play with live dealers if you look up the games in the general table games section. Stose are powered by Ezugi platform, and list games like roulette, baccarat, blackjack, lottery, and keno.
Bonuses and Promotions
The welcome offer at Vip Room Casino cover your first three deposits. You get 100% match up to €250 on the first one, 25% match up to €200 on the second, and 50% match up to €750 on the third, plus a bunch of free spins on Gypsy Rose with each deposit. They also say there are NO wagering requirements on these three deposits. Yeah, right... So what’s the catch?
“They say there are NO wagering requirements on these three deposits. Yeah, right... So what’s the catch?”
There are quite a few of those, as you might expect. The bonus money is “sticky”, can’t be withdrawn, and are removed upon withdrawal. The maximum bonus conversion to real money is capped at €250. And the cashout of winnings with a bonus is limited to 6 times the deposit amount.
As always, check out the full bonus terms before you claim anything.
