When we heard the name of Svenska Bingo for the very first time, two facts came out immediately - the casino catered to Scandinavian players, and its main products were bingo games. The website says that the support is available from 09:00 to 01:00. Well, maybe, but it also said that it was possible to talk to the agents on the chat, but this didn’t work. There is even no information if the chat is available after you register. Thus, the only way to contact the support is to write them an email. And while the chat operators should speak English, those guys who reply to emails are fluent only in Swedish. Moreover, there is no FAQ. Great, if you have any problems, then you will have to deal with them on your own!
The website also says that your private information is safe here. We hope so, but they didn’t specify what kind of technology they use.

We definitely recommend you to look for something else, instead of Svenska Bingo. There are plenty of gambling websites that offer more games and provide round-the-clock support. Most of them also offer more language options. This casino is just too shady and unresponsive, so don’t waste your precious time on it.
