At first we thought it was cool, but then we thought: where are huge winnings? Well, at least the casino does not lie. The navigation is okay - everything is smooth, and all the necessary information is easy to find. Moreover, there are 3 languages to choose from.

SuperGame Casino has a Loyalty Program. You earn status points when you deposit but, honestly, there is nothing appealing there ‘till you reach Expert status. Until that level, you will receive 1% cashback of all your bets. Not bad, huh? But to reach that status you have to earn 2,500 points - it’ll take some time to get there. 

Customer support: The support service is rather disappointing. First of all, there are only two ways to get help - the live chat and online contact form. Secondly, the working schedule sucks - the live chat is open only from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm (Monday - Friday). The contact form works from 9 am to 1 am on weekdays, and from 12 pm to 11 pm on weekends. 

What the heck kind of schedule is that?

Banking: Crap, crap and one more time CRAP. The casino offers only 4 banking options: bank transfer, iDeal, hipay and bitcoin. That’s all. Only two of them are available to withdraw your winnings: bank transfer and Bitcoin. Where are our cards at least? The pending time is not that bad - players are supposed to wait up to 48 hours to withdraw their winnings. And now some good news - there is no cash-out limit for withdrawals.

Software and Game Variety

Most of the games offered by SuperGame Casino are developed by EGT. Apart from that, some games are developed by BetSoft, Air Dice, and Gaming1 appear on their list. Frankly speaking, the selection is not impressive:

They said they had no wagering requirements at all.

Well, while the support was not able to provide us with all the necessary information, we have managed to do it on our own by digging in and sifting through the terms and conditions.

The casino states that all the winnings you make with the bonus funds can be withdrawn, but if you want to withdraw the bonus as well, you have to meet the wagering requirements - 30xB. Check the FAQ section, there are many other things which may help you. In any case, their welcome bonus seems to be better than those offered at Dazzle Casino and Golden Reef Casino.
