StarVegas Casino Review
StarVegas Casino is just a big set of drawbacks. Their customer service is lazy and just awful, the list of games is very poor and their Welcome Bonus is a joke. At least, you can play dozens of Novomatic games right from your mobile device.
StarVegas Casino was launched at the end of 2015. It’s a Spanish gaming source which is regulated by the jurisdiction of Spain. The casino uses the advanced SSL encryption to prevent your personal data from being stolen by some hackers or criminals.
The website doesn’t look very attractive. It is not so functional, though you can find all the important information about the casino.
“The site is designed in dark colors - the feeling just like you’ve entered a dark room and want to switch on the light, but you can’t do it.”
Their customer service is really bad. The casino doesn’t have a live chat - the fastest and the most popular method of communicating with a casino among players. You can contact them only via email, hoping that they would respond as soon as possible, or make a phone call. But note, that their phone support is available only at the hours between 8 AM and 8 PM.
The list of payment options is not wide, but ok. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, PayPal and PaysafeCard to make both deposits and withdrawals.
Software and Game Variety
“We are happy to provide you with a steadily expanding range of Novomatic games...”, they say. Expanding? Just a bullshit! StarVegas Casino has been operating for 2 years, and they have managed to add only 71 games to their library during this time. Which expanding are you talking about, guys? Expanding of your self-confidence? Anyway, let’s check out what they have.
There are only two games sections: the “Slot” section containing 62 slot games (Book of Ra, King of the Pride, Lord of the Ocean, Spinning Stars) and the “Casino” section with only 9 game titles inside (Roulette, Royale Blackjack, Joker Wild, American Poker, Baccarat and several more).
Mobile and Live Gaming
As you may guess, StarVegas Casino doesn’t offer live games so far.
The casino features a mobile website, which has the same old-fashioned and dark design with an inconvenient interface. However, all the games from the desktop casino can be found in the mobile one.
Bonuses and Promotions
“If you like taking advantage of some promising bonuses (we’re sure you do like to), then you’d better move to another casino.”
The Welcome Bonus at StarVegas Casino is very poor. You can get a 100% only up to €200 for the first deposit. That’s all what they offer for newcomers. The wagering requirements are high - 30x the sum of the deposit and bonus value.
Check their promotions page for more bonus offers if you see some tiny reasons to do it.
