StarVegas Casino is not a rising star of Las Vegas. It’s not even a dim star - this casino is just a set of drawbacks! It offers around 100 games from Novomatic. Only around 100 titles! Video poker and live games are not on this list.
The support service is not provided round the clock and there is no live chat. The website itself is missing some important information - for instance, there is nothing about withdrawal limits. A 100% first deposit bonus, up to €200, is the only serious advantage, as the wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus. Looks nice, but we still think that this casino doesn’t deserve your precious time.
StarVegas Casino was launched at the end of 2015. It’s a Spanish gaming source, which is regulated by the jurisdiction of Spain. The casino uses the advanced SSL encryption to prevent your personal data from being stolen by some hackers or criminals.
The website can’t boast an attractive and memorable design, but at least it looks tidy. One more important things, is that it is available not only in Spanish - you can switch it to English if you want. The navigation is more or less okay, even though it is confusing sometimes. For instance, there is something looking like a live chat icon in the upper right-hand corner, but it’s not a live chat. It’s just a button that allows you to turn the notifications on and off.
There is no live chat, and the agents don’t work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Customer support: Their customer service is really bad. The casino doesn’t have a live chat - the fastest and the most popular method of communication. You can contact the support agents only via email, hoping that they would respond as soon as possible, or make a phone call. But note that their phone support is available only at the hours between 10:00 and 18:30. The agents speak both Spanish and English. There is also a pretty wide FAQ.
Banking: The list of payment options is okay. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, PayPal, Neteller, and some other methods. Withdrawal requests are processed within a 24-hour period. We did our best to find out if there are any withdrawal limits, but we didn’t succeed. The website doesn’t provide such information and the support team wasn’t helpful. However, the minimum withdrawal amount is either €10 or €15. We don’t know for sure because the FAQ and Terms and Conditions provide different information.
Software and Game Variety
The website says that StarVegas Casino is “one of the biggest and best places to play Novomatic slots”. Well, we don’t think that this bold statement is true - the collection of games includes somewhere around 100 titles! Here are some of them:
- Slots: Spring Queen, Book of Ra, Captain Venture;
- Jackpots: Elven Princess, Golden Sevens, Temple of Secrets;
- Table games: Blackjack, European Roulette, American Poker II;
- Bingo: Bingo 10, Bruno Bingo, Lucky Lady Bingo.
There is also a sports betting section, but this fact can’t save the overall situation. The library of this casino is extremely poor and it doesn’t even include video poker games.
StarVegas Mobile and Live Gaming
As you may guess, StarVegas Casino doesn’t offer live games so far and we doubt that they will add them in the nearest future.
Video poker and live games are missing.
The casino has a mobile version, but don’t hope that it offers more games than the desktop one. At least no application is required - you can access the casino via your mobile browser.
