Simon's Casino Review
Simon’s Casino has been operating for over 10 years, but it hasn’t earned a solid reputation, nor has it made any improvements. The guys behind this casino managed to fill their library up with a mere 180 games, provided by Rival.
Simon isn’t fond of diversity. He is not fond of live games either, by the way. The website is difficult to use and even to look at. It has an awful design, with nothing to remember. The only strong point of this casino is a decent 125% Welcome Bonus, up to €250, with fair wagering requirements of 15xB+D.
By the way, there are many bonuses here, including a no-deposit one. Simon is really into giving gifts, just not diversity.
- Huge welcome package on your first three deposits;
- No-deposit cash bonus - $20;
- Decent wagering requirements - 15xB+D;
- Instant payments.
- Small game library with less than 200 games;
- No live games;
- Awful and outdated website design;
- No 24/7 Support.
Simon’s Casino was founded in 2007 and it operates under the laws of Curacao. The casino implemented the latest SSL protocol to protect all players personal and financial information.
Every time you load a page, an annoying pop-up window appears offering you help.
The website is a kind of outdated. It’s designed in black and gold colors, with a cheap picture of whiskey and chips on the main page. Things will get even worse when you start discovering the site, as it is available both in download and instant-play versions.
However, you must sign up first to be able to play online. The navigation makes it hard to find your standard sections. By the way, only the English language is supported.
Customer Support: Simon’s Casino provides its players with some options to contact Support: email, live chat, and a toll-free number. They are available only between the hours of 12:00 and 4:00 GMT. By the way, it is really hard to find Live Chat, so grab yourself a magnifying glass and be patient.
Banking: The banking options are okay. They are not numerous, but in general, it’s enough. You can use Visa, Skrill, EcoPayz, and Neteller when making withdrawal requests. The withdrawal limits are also okay: €2,000 per day and €4,000 per week.
Software and Game Variety
Simon’s Casino is powered by Rival Gaming provider. There are no titles from other developers here, so the collection of games is rather limited - less than 200:
- Slots: Atomic Age, Reel Party, Fruit Slot, Gold Rush;
- Progressives: Major Moolah, Money Magic, Strike Gold;
- Table games: Blackjack, Baccarat, PaiGow Poker, Caribbean Stud;
- Video Poker: Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Joker Poker, Aces or Faces;
- Specialty games: Bingo, Keno, Beach Bums.
Mobile and Live Gaming
Currently, there are no live games available. Simon isn’t only old-fashioned in his appearance, but also in such improvements as live gaming.
Simon’s Casino has a mobile version. However, it looks very-very poor, like it was designed by a schoolboy who knows nothing about design.
Anyway, you can play some of their video games when on the go (after you’ve completed the registration, of course).
Bonuses and Promotions
Simon Casino grants new players with a decent €20 no-deposit bonus. You can withdraw the bonus only after the first deposit is made. Beside the no-deposit bonus, the casino offers a nice Welcome Bonus package:
- A 125% welcome bonus up to €250 on the 1st deposit;
- A 100% bonus up to €250 on the 2nd deposit;
- A 125% bonus up to €250 on the 3rd deposit plus €10 free.
You should wager the bonus and the deposit amount 15 times before withdrawing. It was a real surprise for us to see these bonus conditions in such a casino.
Other bonus offers include Monthly match Bonus and Refer-A-friend Bonus.
