But the chat has a pretty weird schedule: from 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+1 from Sunday to Thursday, and from 09:00 to 17:00 GMT+1 on Fridays. So if something happens outside of these hours, try the first option - emails are answered 24/7. At least this is what the casino promises... And by the way, there is no FAQ. You may find some information in Getting Started section, but it’s not exactly the same.

Well, at least this website has no problems with security and fairness. Your personal data is protected with SSL encryption, while the Random Number Generator rules out any chance of manipulation.
