RealBet Casino Review
RealBet Casino is a real disappointment. A real failure. A real shame. But definitely not a real bet. Their name doesn’t suit them very well. There are only about 80 games (mostly from Betsoft) and live dealer games are not on the list. The website doesn’t provide all the essential information about the casino and the live chat is also missing. The list of banking methods is very short.
The welcome bonus seems to be interesting since it’s a 100% deposit up to $1,000, but we have no idea what its wagering requirements are! Probably, it’s 25 times the sum of your deposit and bonus. Or not. We are not sure and the support team didn’t help us to find an answer. This casino still has some advantages, but they simply can’t save the situation.
- SSL encryption;
- Mobile friendly;
- The casino is completely instant-play.
- No live chat;
- The website is missing a lot of important information;
- A short list of banking methods;
- No live games.
RealBet Casino was launched in 2015. That was only 3 years ago, but their website already looks kinda outdated! A lot of useful space is just wasted ,and what’s much worse, the website is missing some important information. For instance, there is nothing about the license. We have managed to find out that these guys are regulated by the Government of Curacao, but come on, would you trust a casino which hides such information? We wouldn’t.
The website doesn’t even provide the information about the casino’s license.
At least they have made good use of the industry standard SSL encryption technology. This ensures that all sensitive data transferred to their server remains secure from cyber criminals. They also regularly audit their games, in order to guarantee that your outcomes are fair and random.
Customer support: The Contact Us section says that sending an email is the only way to contact the support team, but if you check the Mobile page, you will also find several phone numbers. The working hours are not specified. Fortunately, there is a pretty useful FAQ. The casino also offers you to follow them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, but their accounts look a bit dead.
Banking: It looks like you can use only Visa, Mastercard, and Bitcoin. Great. The weekly withdrawal limit is $2,500 and the maximum amount you can win per week is $25,000. The latter limit doesn’t apply to jackpot winnings.
Software and Game Variety
The library of RealBet Casino is pretty miserable - there are somewhere around 80 games, mostly from Betsoft. Anyway, here are some of them:
- Slots: At the Copa, Viking Age, Madder Scientist;
- Table games: American Roulette, Craps, Red Dog;
- Video poker: Wil Joker, Deuces Wild, Jacks or Better.
You can also check their Bet on NFL and Sportsbook sections.
Mobile and Live Gaming
RealBet Casino does not currently offer any options for live casino games. Well, that was expected.
At least you can easily access their website from your smartphone or tablet. You won’t even need a special app.
Bonuses and Promotions
RealBet Casino offers you a 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to $1,000. Unfortunately, we don’t know if you can use this bonus on slots or if it’s only for sports betting - the site provides no details! You can probably use this promotion for both casino games and sports betting, but we are not sure. They didn’t specify the wagering requirements!
The website lists a whole assortment of bonuses, but they do not make their terms very clear.
However, the FAQ says something about 25 times the sum of your deposit and bonus. If you go for the sportsbook, it’s 5 times the sum of the deposit and bonus. We have no idea if this requirement applies to that welcome bonus. At least, it seems that the bonus can be converted into real money - you just need to meet the wagering requirements.
