Wannabe cool kid
Prime Slots Casino strives to offer an unforgettable experience to slots players and succeeds in that. More or less. Probably less. Casino hosts around 150 games from NextGen, NetEnt, Neogames, Cryptologic and few other providers. The games are top-notch, but the size of the game library is too poor to impress anyone nowadays. Licenses from MGA and UKGC are more impressive, but still not enough. The Welcome Offer is pretty fine, with its 100% deposit match bonus up to €200 + 110 free spins and 35x bonus wagering. The problem is that you can’t spend the bonus on cool games because their wagering rate is too low. The website looks more like a mobile version: the constantly moving game icons and the useless blocks of comments are annoying. There’s much left to be desired. Especially regarding bonuses and progressive jackpots.
- Top-notch game providers;
- Licensed by MGA;
- Fully mobile compatible;
- Employs 128-bit SSL encryption technology.
- The wagering requirements are shady;
- A lot of complaints and negative reviews on the major watchdog portals.
When you first enter Prime Slots Casino, you can’t help but feel dizzy. Images of slots sliding around, mixed with Testimonials, Latest Winners and Blog Post tiles (also sliding) are a little bit too much. If you’ve ever seen Windows Phone home screen you know exactly what we’re talking about. The website does look fresh and pretty, but these sliding animations are really distracting (you might like it though, don’t trust us on this one).
Prime Slots Casino has been in operation since 2011. It is licensed by Malta Gaming Authority and UK Gambling Commission, thoroughly tested by iTech Labs and employ 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your sensitive data.
Customer Support: The support center is available every day from 8 am to 1 am CET via email, phone or live chat. If you decide to call them, you might run into a teeny-weeny problem: there’s no phone number listed. In fact, they just didn’t want to specify in which countries the toll-free phone number is available, and hide that number for all countries that aren’t on the list. The fax number is available everywhere around the globe, though. Feel free to fax about your problems.
Banking: They have enough withdrawal options to satisfy your needs: Easypay, EcoPayz, credit cards, Neteller and Skrill. The payout time is relatively short - from few hours for e-wallets to 2-4 days for credit cards and bank wires. They also have some exotic deposit methods, such as ClickandBuy, eCheck, InstaDebit and UseMyFunds.

“Let’s be honest, when you enter a website called Prime Slots, you kinda know which type of games to expect.”
Let’s be honest, when you enter a website called Prime Slots, you kinda know which type of games to expect. True to its name, the casino offers reasonably diverse (although not too vast) variety of slots. Most of the games are relatively new, with pretty graphics and fluid animations.
We didn’t expect it, but table games are also there. Three of them, to be more specific: roulette, blackjack and video poker. We were about to get all disappointed but then found more table games in the “Lobby” (a window that opens when you play the game). Why not add them all to the website - that is the question beyond us.
The casino claims to offer the chance to win up to $1000000 in jackpots. Which is confusing, because there’s no separate section for progressive games. Supposedly, you can win it in ANY game, but that doesn’t really count as progressive, does it? If we didn’t know there is at least one progressive slot (Divine Fortune), we’d call it bullshit. Let’s just call it stinkaroo instead and be done with it.
Mobile and Live Games
Considering the fact, that even on a desktop PC the website looks like an oversized tablet version, there’s no surprise that Prime Slots work flawlessly on mobile devices (it almost feels like it’s supposed to be played this way).
As you might have expected, there are no Live games at all. This is one of the few occasions when it’s fine with us.
Bonuses and Promotions
The Welcome Package for new players includes several goodies. First of all, it’s your straightforward 100% match bonus on the first deposit up to $200. Second, there are 110 free spins that are awarded to your account on the first three days. Ten spins are given upon registration (without any deposits), 50 spins on the second and third days require a minimum deposit of $20 each day. The casino requires you to wager the amount of bonus at least 35 times before you will be able to cash out. This is not bad, but there’s a catch about wagering. The casino website offers less than one hundred games, and we suppose that there is another fifty, hidden in lobby. So, they have 150 games, and the wagering on the vast majority of them will be counted less than 50%. Let's put everything in order: 18 titles (including All Video poker, All Roulette, All Quick play games, All baccarat, Keno and more than 10 top notch slot titles) contribute 0% towards the wagering requirements. All Blackjack games and Magic spinner contribute 10% towards the WR. The third and the last section of this list holds 96 slot titles + All Netent games that contribute 50% to WR.
The casino cares about you, and conveniently lists dozens of games that don't contribute (or only partially contribute) towards the wagering requirements. Meaning you'll have immense fun figuring out the games which are not on this list, to know what to play and not get screwed. This. Is. Awesome!
“The casino cares about you, and conveniently lists dozens of games that don't contribute (or only partially contribute) towards the wagering requirements.”
Other than that, there’s also the VIP program. You earn points by wagering on games ($35 equals 1 point). It has 6 tiers and every time you reach a new tier you get some kind of bonus, be it Free spins or extra Match bonus. All tiers higher that the initial one also offer Free Games each weekend. Pretty nice.
Everything looks good about Prime Slots Casino, especially if you cannot read. If you cannot see - it looks even better! The website’s appearance is below average; the game library is too small, the T&C are shady, progressive jackpots description is questionable. The different lists of games on the website and in the lobby are the crux of the biscuit. We’ll probably leave this one for you to decide (what a useful website we are).
