We will just tell you some facts about this site: around 160 games from Rival, a sticky welcome bonus (a 100% match up to €700, the wagering requirement is 25 times the sum of your deposit and bonus), problems with the support service, outdated website… Okay, that’s enough to start.
Pantasia Casino was founded in 2008, and haven’t changed a bit since. Want some authentic 10-year-old gaming experience? Go ahead, these guys are pros at this. They are licensed by the Government of Curacao (which is far from being the most respectful license).
The website is predictably awful, with ancient Flash animations, a “peephole” layout (you know, when everything that matters occupies just the middle of the screen, and everything else is a useless gradient background), and sloppy game lobby.
Customer support: The phone support works from 12:00 to 04:00 GMT and the number is toll-free. They also seem to be very proud of their so-called 24/7 email support. “Our systems are always online. Banking: Banking options are not that bad - Neteller, Skrill, ecoPayz, etc. They also say they do their best to process withdrawal requests within 2 days. However, a withdrawal limit is set too low - €2,000 per month. We tried to figure out if this limit applies to jackpot winnings, but the website says nothing about this, and the support team kept silence.

When you do get to them, it turns out that the bonus is sticky and can’t be withdrawn, and that the wagering requirements are 25 times the bonus plus deposit combined. Yep, as high as that for a sticky bonus.
