mFortune Casino Review

What does this “m” in the name of mFortune Casino mean? Million? Medium-rare? Mobile? “Million” sounds cool, but “mobile” seems to be more probable, since mFortune Casino is perfectly compatible with smartphones and tablets. But don’t expect to try some popular games here - they make their own software, which means their collection is small, but unique. They offer just about 30 slots and several popular table games. So if you’re used to playing games other than slots - you may be disappointed.

We have to say a few words about their welcome bonus - one of the sleaziest things we have ever seen. If you deposit something, you’ll get a 100% First Deposit Match, up to €100. Both the initial deposit and the bonus must be staked once before you can withdraw the winnings. The only problem is that they said winnings are staked first. In other words, when you win something, you immediately spend it on your next bet. This vicious circle continues till the moment your credit bonus is exhausted. Come on, it’s not a sticky bonus, but it’s pretty damn close. It’s really better to play without it at all. In a nutshell, it’s a total crap.

Pros

  • License from the UK;
  • Publicly traded on London Stock Exchange;
  • 24/7 Player Support;
  • Designed with mobile devices in mind;
  • Unique mFortune games.

Cons

  • Rather small selection of games - up to 40;
  • Strict betting rules during an active bonus;
  • The Welcome Bonus is crappy.

Originally conceived as a mobile-only casino, mFortune Casino has expanded to allow you to play through your browser. Interestingly, their previous experience comes from the arcade industry, and they have subsequently made an effort to make their own mark in the online gambling world. They are independently tested and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. Given all that, they do seem to carry a bit of a reputation for being hard to deal with when you’re trying to withdraw your winnings.

The casino doesn’t have a perfect track record when it comes to player complaints.

Customer Support: This casino does its best to make you feel comfortable. So, the support works 24/7, and you can get in touch with the agents via live chat, phone, a call-back option, or email. They also have FAQ section and even offer help videos. Wow, how caring! There are only two videos, but we still think that this is a very cool feature.

Banking: The casino doesn’t boast an extremely long list of banking options, but, at least, it offers such popular methods as PayPal, credit cards, bank transfer, and Skrill. As for the pending times, it is 72 hours. So you can expect your winnings in 4-6 days after claiming a withdrawal. Neither the maximum withdrawal amount nor the maximum jackpot limit is listed.

Software and Game Variety

mFortune Casino game variety

This is a unique place as mFortune Casino opted to have their own mFortune software to create unique games. The selection is really small but very special:

  • Slots: Buster Safe, Spin Kingdom, Snakes and Ladders;
  • Table games: Roulette, Blackjack, Texas Hold’em Poker.

Mobile and Live Games

mFortune Casino live games

This casino was a mobile casino first, so yeah, mobile compatibility is there. However, there are no live games to speak of. Not even one!

Bonuses and Promotions

There are several bonuses here, actually. When you first sign up, you’ll get a €5 No-Deposit Introductory Bonus. The UK citizens are able to win a maximum of £200 from it, and the non-UK ones can win only, up to €50.

The Welcome Bonus is 100%, up to €100. and it is standard. Well, it’s time to elaborate on the bonus system, because it sucks hard. First of all, your deposit and bonus merge, and the whole amount becomes bonus credits. When you win a bet using bonus credits, the winnings go to your real money account. Take into account that after winning a bet using that bonus system, your next bet will be made using your real money. To withdraw cash from your account, you have to have €10 or more for the UK residents, and €60 or more for non-UK players. In case of claiming a withdrawal, your credit bonus amount burns out.

So, literally, the wagering requirements are 1x. And it sucks so hard that this crap can’t be even sucked into a black hole.

It’s not often you get a 10% Deposit Match on subsequent deposits at a casino.

Interestingly, you’ll get a 10% Deposit Match on every subsequent deposit you make. This one is rather interesting and rare. mFortune Casino also offers a “Refer a Friend” bonus, where you’ll get €5 to do whatever you want with inside the casino. If your friend actually deposits something, you’ll get 50% of whatever they put in. Not too shabby.

This is a tough one, sorta. We applaud the idea to try and come up with your own games and do your own thing - especially catering to the mobile community. However, it’s hard to turn a blind eye to a large amount of negative feedback that mFortune Casino has gotten, in regards to withdrawing winnings. Clearly people are winning, and clearly, they are getting their winnings, so it could just be a very loud and vocal minority. In any case, this casino is good in terms with resolving complaints. And in any case, this casino is bad when it comes to the Welcome Bonus. There is no use claiming it. Just avoid it, if it’s possible. Oh sorry, it’s impossible, the casino credits the bonus automatically.

So, if you wanna see what is going on here, go grab that welcome bonus, and then come back to let us know how it went.
