Gtbets Casino Review
Gtbets Casino is an afterthought kind of in the way of where you’re sitting alone in your room on the computer looking at questionable content and mid-way through you realize it might be a good idea to close the door. Yeah, kinda like that. The casino has got a more or less decent list of BetSoft and Arrow’s Edge games (around 200 titles), but it’s really just duct taped to a betting site. Even the welcome promotion is extremely strange - you can get a 100% bonus up to €500, but the wagering requirements are very confusing. We have managed to find out that they are 25 times the sum of the deposit and bonus (for slots), but it took us plenty of time!
- Mobile compatibility;
- SSL encryption;
- Games from BetSoft.
- No 24/7 support;
- No FAQ;
- No live games;
- Confusing bonus terms;
- Slow payouts.
Woo, this thing is looking a little rough. Gtbets Casino is obviously a website built primarily for betting on various sports games, but they have tacked on a casino just for good measure. We probably wish they hadn’t done that.
The website itself looks kinda outdated, but what is worse, it’s missing some important information. Where the hell is something like About Us section? Where is information about the license? Sorry, but we wouldn’t trust a casino which hadn’t introduce itself. And here is one more reason to stay vigilant - if you don’t use your account for 12 months, the casino reserves the right to close it and to get the remaining balance. That’s absolutely unacceptable!
Customer Support: Player support is in the way of live chat, email, telephone, and fax. Yeah buddy, if you’re using a fax these days to send your documents, then we feel for you. In any case, the live chat is not 24/7, instead it has working hours from 10AM (or 9AM, the website mentions both of these options) to 4AM EST Monday through Sunday. We tried to figure out more details about when the agents start working, but they kept silence. Besides, there is no FAQ.
Withdrawals via bank wire transfer may take up to 12 business days.
Banking: Banking options are slightly better. To deposit, you can use Visa, Bitcoin, Skrill, Neteller, and some other methods. But when it comes to withdrawals, there are no other options except bank wire transfer, Bitcoin, Quick Cash, and Direct Cash (which is “currently unavailable”). The maximum withdrawal amounts depend on your banking method. For instance, if you prefer bank wire transfer or Bitcoin, you can withdraw up to €5,000 per 7 days. But remember, that withdrawing your winnings may take a lot of time. For example, bank wire transfer may take up to 12 working days.
Software and Game Variety
Gtbets Casino is a two pump chump. They have games only from Arrow’s Edge and BetSoft Gaming. The game titles (around 200 in total) are separated by type, but there is no search bar, which is kinda inconvenient. Anyway, here are some of the games:
- Slots: Aztec Treasures, Weekend in Vegas, The Tipsy Tourist;
- Table games: Blackjack, Baccarat, Pontoon;
- Video poker: Bonus Deuces, Joker Poker, Tens or Better;
- Specialty games: Traditional Keno, Instant Keno, Scratcherz.
There are also Sports and Horses sections in case you prefer these kinds of entertainment.
Mobile and Live Gaming
The mobile version of the site is modern and looks quite a bit different than the main computer site. We may even say that it is better. It functions well, and quite a number of games are available for you to play.
There are no live games here, and since they pretty much look like they main as a betting site, we wouldn’t expect any live dealer additions anytime soon.
Bonuses and Promotions
Gtbets Casino offers a pretty nice welcome bonus, but the wagering requirements are really weird.
Promotions section sucks in terms of explanation, and the support team wasn’t helpful at all. But here is what we managed to discover about their welcome bonus. So, you deposit at least €35 and get a 100% bonus up to €500. The website says this promotion has a 5x point rollover. Sounds weird, but we’ll try to explain. So, GTbets Casino has a pretty specific bonus rollover system. You earn points for every €10 wagered, and the number of points depends on the type of the game. For instance, if you choose slots, you earn 2 points for every €10. Then, in the table (you can find it in promotional rules), you can see a column with multipliers. They are based on the sum of your deposit and bonus. For slots it’s 25x. Meaning the effective wagering requirements on slots are 25 times the bonus plus deposit amount. Gee, why couldn’t they say that right from the start? You can try to contact the support for additional details, but good luck to you in this case.
