The website looks boring, and thanks to the traditional combination of black background and white font, some texts are really hard to read. But at least the navigation is more or less okay (until you try to look for games or contacts) and you can choose one of 9 languages.

Customer Support: You won’t find any contacts in the Help section - there is only a short FAQ, with an awful design. But you can contact the support team via live chat or email. The live chat option can be found on the right side of the page, and the email address, is at the very bottom. The support team doesn’t offer 24/7 service and they are not very polite. They don’t even know their own schedule. Shame on them!
