Exclusively unremarkable.

You know, if you call yourself Exclusive Casino, you should offer at least SOMETHING that stands out. In this case, there are many things that raised our eyebrows (not in a good way), and the first of them is the bonus terms and conditions page. It contains the most catchy and weird terms we’ve ever seen. Not to mention, their promotional page is unavailable so far. They also set horrible withdrawal limits - you can withdraw no less than €150 a time, and no more than €2,000 per week. They don’t offer live games, and their reputation among other trusted watchdog portals is spoiled. Their game library is powered by the RTG software. Everything else is generic as hell.

Pros

  • 24/7 support service, including live chat;
  • Wide selection of the RTG’s games;
  • Mobile compatible;
  • Available either in downloadable or in instant-play mode;

Cons

  • Awful navigation and outdated design;
  • Doubtful reputation among watchdog portals;
  • Limited banking options;
  • Minimum withdrawal - €150;
  • Maximum withdrawal - €2,000 per week;
  • No live games;
  • Weird bonus terms and conditions;
  • No promotions available so far.

Exclusive Casino opened just in 2013, and it already could use a redesign. Not that it’s old, no, it’s just that it looked like crap right from the start. Black and silver theme is nice, but there’s too much screen space wasted, and the navigation is somewhat sluggish.

The casino doesn’t display any regulatory information, which is not a good practice at all. What’s funny, is that other reputable gambling portals shows Exclusive Casino holding different licences - Kahnawake, Belize, Curacao, take your pick. We contacted the support, where the lady first told us that they are licensed by the Central Dispute System (which is not a licensing authority at all), but then figured it out and said it’s Kahnawake after all.

“The casino doesn’t display any regulatory information. We had to contact the support to find out that it’s licensed by Kahnawake.”

Furthermore, Exclusive Casino has a doubtful reputation among some watchdog portals due to implementing new bonus rules after players accept the current ones. Nevertheless, they have some changes in bonuses. We’ll talk about them a bit later.

Customer Support: Although their casino agents are not very knowledgeable (as it turned out), you can get in touch with them via the live chat, toll-free phone and email. Thankfully, they are available round the clock.

Banking: The banking is really poor, especially when it comes to withdrawal options. First of all, you will have just a few payout methods at your disposal. These are Visa/MasterCard, Bank Wire and Bitcoin eWallets. Secondly, the withdrawal limits are just awful - the minimum withdrawal amount is €150, while the maximum withdrawal amount per week is €2,000. Furthermore, the withdrawal takes around 5-7 days, which is longer than average.

Software and Game Variety

Exclusive Casino is powered by the RTG software. There are about 300 games to choose from, but not all of them are available in the instant play mode.

You can see some of their games right on the main page. But when you click a game, you enter a lobby where you have to find the game you clicked again. Not to mention, there’s no quick link in this lobby, which could redirect you back to the main page. Furthermore, their game lobby is not the best-looking one on the web. Holy Moly… At least, there’s a search bar, and all the games are filtered by their types (thanks for that, guys).

So, let’s check out what do they have:

  • Slots: Naughty or Nice, Rudolph’s Revenge, Caesar’s Empire;
  • Jackpots: Aztec’s Millions, Cash Bandits, Perfect Pets;
  • Table Games: Roulette, Blackjack, Stud and Hold’em Poker, Baccarat;
  • Video Poker: Aces & Eights, All American, Deuces Wild, Joker Poker;
  • Specialties: Craps, Keno, Treasure Tree.

Mobile and Live Games

Quite surprisingly, the mobile version of Exclusive Casino looks much better than the desktop one. Everything works smoothly and there’s nothing to complain about.

Games with live dealers are nowhere to be found. To be honest, it’s not a surprise for us.

Bonuses and Promotions

Exclusive Casino offers a promising 200% Welcome Bonus up to €3,000 (according to the banner on their main page). But when you enter their promotional page, you find it under maintenance. Besides, you’ll see their a single banner, which offers you a “limited” €3,500 Welcome Bonus with 100 free spins on the top. When you click on it, you are redirected to their game lobby. Anyway, be sure to check the exact bonus you can get after you register.

The only thing we know for sure is that their full bonus terms and conditions are hidden deep within the website. You have to go to the general terms, scroll them all the way down and there you’ll find the bonus terms.

The bonus terms and conditions at Exclusive Casino have some of the weirdest items we’ve ever seen. First of all, unless stated in specific bonus terms, all the bonus funds will be deducted from your balance upon the withdrawals. But how can you see what is stated in those specific terms if they are just absent?! Or another one: for winnings made with no-deposit bonuses (not that we could locate any, but they could appear occasionally) you can only request a single withdrawal of no more than €100. But remember? They set a minimum withdrawal amount of €150. It’s just bullshit.

Our Opinion

Ironically, Exclusive Casino is mostly generic and unremarkable. The RTG games are alright, but hardly unique. Their mobile casino is good, but live games are missing. The website is totally unimpressive, with awful and weird navigation. Their Promotional page is currently unavailable, but the general bonus terms are very shady. Not to mention, the casino has a spoiled reputation online. Don’t even expect of them too much.
