Eldorado started its operation in 2009. Now they are out of business. We don’t think that somebody is crying for them - they were blacklisted by many reputable watchdog portals even when they were alive. First of all, they were regulated under the laws of Panama, which immediately shows the level of their trustworthiness. Not to mention, they were not certificated and audited by the third parties. Also, the casino had a spoiled reputation due to many issues with the payouts. At best, players were waiting for several weeks or month till their funds were paid out.
