Wanna go Dutch?
Piss poor site design with bad functionality and lots of broken links. No live chat support and a tiny-as-hell gaming library. Definitely outdated and needs a major overhaul. The wagering requirements of the bonus only exacerbate the issue. Man, we were really hoping we didn't have to make fun of the Dutch on this one.
We’re pretty sure that from the day they opened for business in 2011, they haven’t touched their website whatsoever. It’s lame because the design looks very old, there is no way to see the gaming library without having Flash player installed on your machine. It seems like an awful lot of effort when you realize there isn’t much going on. Another huge problem was that none of their links regarding payout options, affiliates, security, or even their terms and conditions pages were accessible. All 404 errors. Not good.
“There really are a lot of problems with navigation with the site in general.”
Support comes in the form of e-mail only. They do, however, have a pretty good track record for responding to their complaints and talking with their players. This is worth noting because an outdated casino with an email of folks that actually answers you is preferable to the latest bling-bling website where the live chat are as useless as a Pet Rock.
Banking options are minimal, but they do allow you to use credit cards, Neteller, Skrill, and a few regional variants.
Software and Game Variety
The site declares a “whopping” 100+ game library. The games found here are mostly NetEnt and NeoGames.
For slots, you’re will find some standard (aka: popular) titles like Starburst, Jimi Hendrix slot, and Twin Spins.
Now to be fair, there are a number of table games here. Even with just about 100 games in total, there is decent game diversity. Roulette and Blackjack make an appearance. There are even a small selection of video poker games to try out, such as Jacks or Better.
They’ve got Keno in the specialty games category with quite a few different variations. Still though, just about 100 games in total. Really aren’t going to get a lot of people breaking down your door, Casino Rijk.
Mobile and Live Gaming
If the site navigation and such wasn’t bad enough, it’s about to get worse. Believe it or not - there is no mobile version available. You can still access the site on your mobile device obviously, but it will look like an unpolished piece of doo-doo.
Live games? We’re quite certain you didn’t expect us to suddenly say that they have live games, right?
“Good, because they don’t, so now you don’t have to worry about it.”
Bonuses and Promotions
All right, bonus time! New players will get a 100% match up to €200. The wager requirements are 35x the sum of the deposit and bonus. You’ll have to wail through that within 21 days, otherwise it’ll be void. Not the worst thing in the world, but definitely could be better - especially considering the state of the casino in general.
Well, the site needs an overhaul and the gaming library is tiny. No live chat, no live games, and no amount of good support will really change those facts. The worst part of all is the pretty weak 35x wagering requirements on the bonus - to be done within 21 days, no less. Aside from the poor impression of the site itself, these points only made the ship sink faster.
