We’re pretty sure that from the day they opened for business in 2011, they haven’t touched their website whatsoever. It’s lame because the design looks very old, there is no way to see the gaming library without having Flash player installed on your machine. It seems like an awful lot of effort when you realize there isn’t much going on. Another huge problem was that none of their links regarding payout options, affiliates, security, or even their terms and conditions pages were accessible. All 404 errors. Not good.

Support comes in the form of e-mail only. They do, however, have a pretty good track record for responding to their complaints and talking with their players. This is worth noting because an outdated casino with an email of folks that actually answers you is preferable to the latest bling-bling website where the live chat are as useless as a Pet Rock.

Our Opinion

Well, the site needs an overhaul and the gaming library is tiny. No live chat, no live games, and no amount of good support will really change those facts. The worst part of all is the pretty weak 35x wagering requirements on the bonus - to be done within 21 days, no less. Aside from the poor impression of the site itself, these points only made the ship sink faster.
