Casino Kingdom is a place where magic is real. Actually, it's not all magic, but only the part about time travel. If you visit this kingdom, the spell will be cast on you, and you’ll end up in 1995 when the grass was greener, and websites were way worse. The website’s design is a total disaster: it’s incredibly outdated.
As of July 2019, there's technically no Casino Kingdom website at all. It just a page on the Casino Reward website that suggests you "Download HD software" to play. Kinda sad.
Anyway, this kingdom offers you a royal first deposit match bonus, and we mean that it’s the kind of bonus that a king offers to his serfs - £77. Not up to £77, but only £77. Meaning that you deposit at least £77 and get the bonus. This ridiculous pittance needs to be wagered sixty times before it can be withdrawn. There are over 500 titles from Microgaming, but even games from such a reputable provider can’t save this kingdom from desolation.
Casino Kingdom holds the good-old licenses from Kahnawake, UKGC, and MGA, however, it currently doesn't accept new UK players. All transactions are protected by 128-bit encryption, meaning your data is safe behind these castle walls. The casino has been awarded eCOGRA’s Safe and Fair Seal - the best proof of fairness you might imagine.
The casino currently only exists as a generic downloadable client you can get at the Casino Reward website. We'd like to think there's a brand-new fantastic website in the works, but honestly, it feels more like the casino is about to get decommissioned altogether. We hope we're wrong here though.
Banking: The banking options are not that bad - the list includes Skrill, Neteller, credit cards, etc. There are a few terms that might surprise you. First of all - if you have never made a deposit at any Casino Rewards casino, you may not receive more than one welcome bonus within the group. Besides, if you want to receive payment in a different currency to your casino account currency - you’ll pay a fee of 2.5%.
If you win a sum which is 5 times (or more) greater than the sum of your total purchases across all Casino Rewards casinos, you won’t be able to withdraw more than £4,000 per week. Fortunately, jackpot winnings are excluded from this clause. Withdrawal requests remain pending for 2 working days.
Customer Support: Customer support replies promptly via live chat, but operators don’t know what you’re talking about because it’s the cooperative support for the entire Casino Rewards group. If you encountered some serious issues - you should specify the exact name of the casino you’re playing in. You can also use email or request a callback. The customer service is provided 24/7.
Software and Game Variety
Casino Kingdom runs on the Microgaming platform. There are over 500 games to choose from, and here are some of them:
- Slots: Avalon, Agent Jane Blonde, 108 Heroes;
- Jackpots: Mega Moolah, Treasure Nile, Tunzamunni;
- Table games: Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette;
- Video Poker: All American, Aces and Eights, Double Joker Poker;
- Other games: Electro Bingo, Mayan Bingo, Space Evader.
There are over 500 games from Microgaming.
Casino Kingdom Mobile and Live Games
Sadly, the Casino Kingdom isn’t as lively as we’d like it to be - there are no games with live dealers at the moment. We suppose that they had live dealers once, but it was a long time ago, and they’re too old now to stand behind the table and deal cards or spin the roulette wheel.
The mobile version of the website redirects you to a partner casino. It’s nice of them to offer you at least something, but we wish they had native support of mobile devices.
Bonuses and Promotions
A horrible bonus with horrible wagering requirements.
Casino Kingdom offers £77 of bonus on your first deposit. It’s not a standard “up to” model, you literally must deposit £77 or more and get the fixed bonus amount. The wagering requirements on this generous offer are 60x the bonus, which is very, very bad. Besides, you can get this bonus only in case you download the software.
