BoVegas Casino Review
BoVegas Casino is probably not the worst RTG casino. Okay-okay, giving it to you straight, they are the best of the worst. We just can’t mock them too much, because of their impressive showroom design - that is a thing they did well! The games themselves are alright and the support service is excellent. These are their only virtues, as their ridiculous welcome bonus and awful withdrawal terms, ruin everything.
You will get a 250% sticky bonus on your first deposit. The winnings gained from this bonus are not-that-easy-to-withdraw. You will have to wager the sum of the deposit and bonus amount 30 times first. Not to mention, there are only 3 withdrawal options available.
- Cool website design;
- 24/7 live chat;
- VIP program.
- Limited selection of the payment options;
- Long withdrawals;
- No live games;
- The Welcome Bonus is sticky.
BoVegas casino is the newest addition to the vast army of RTG-powered casinos. It opened in 2016 and got its license from the Government of Curacao (hardly the most respectable one).
The starting page looks impressive - cool “neon” lights here and there, the city skyline with the laser show, classic red-and-black theme, and so on. You probably know the type. There’s also a cool feature on the homepage - a huge 3-reel slot machine, with game thumbnails as symbols. You can spin it, and if three matching symbols appear, you win some promo code. We doubt it is worth much, but it still feels good.
The starting page looks impressive - cool “neon” lights here and there, the city skyline with the laser show, classic red-and-black theme, and so on.
Sadly, the actual game lobby doesn’t look so impressive. Not even close. It’s a typical RTG lobby, with many game thumbnails stuffed around. Speaking of the language options, there are two of them: French and English.
Customer Support: The support can be reached through live chat, email, and a couple of the toll-free phone numbers (for USA, UK, Australia, and France). All these options are available round-the-clock, so don’t hesitate to ask for help even at night.
Banking: The banking options are few - you can withdraw only with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Bank Wire, and additionally deposit through Bitcoin and Amex. Moreover, there are some truly disappointing terms and limitations attached to withdrawals.Like, the minimum withdrawal is €100, regardless of the method, and the maximum is €2,000 once per week (for the base VIP level). The payments take 3-7 business days. At least, the deposits are instant and in some cases are unlimited. Should you be happy with it? Definitely no!
Software and Game Variety
BoVegas casino offers RTG games available in both the instant-play and download modes. As we mentioned before, the instant-play lobby is the same as in other casinos with this software and looks kinda dated. So, don’t be afraid when you’ll be redirected to the game lobby with a bit different design. The games themselves are nice though they are limited in quantity - just around 200 titles to choose from. Here are some of them:
- Slots: Rudolph’s Revenge, Tiger Treasures, Caesar’s Empire;
- Jackpots: Aladdin's Wishes, Aztec’s Millions, Spirit of the Inca;
- Table Games: Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Pontoon, Pai Gow;
- Video Poker: Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Joker Poker;
- Other Games: Bingo, Keno, Treasure Tree.
Mobile and Live Games
Both the website and the lobby are adapted to mobile devices. The lobby is awkward to navigate through, but the games run fine.
No live games can be found in BoVegas casino, which must be kinda embarrassing for a casino with “Vegas” part in the name.
Bonuses and Promotions
Now, the welcome bonus. Let’s see…
BoVegas Casino welcomes you with a 250% match slots bonus on the first deposit, and 300% match on the second one, up to €5.500 in total. No cash-out limits attached to both. Sounds suspiciously generous already.
The bonus and deposit amount should be wagered 30 times. Kinda high, but whatever, it makes up for the match percentage and bonus amount. The trickiest term is hiding deep in their T&Cs. It states that the bonus amount is deducted from the total balance upon withdrawal. Yup, it’s also a phantom bonus. Alright, see ya.
There are also comp point and VIP club with four levels to grow through. Be sure to check other promotions on the website.
