Bogart Casino Review
Humphrey Bogart would have rolled over in his grave if he knew what a sorry excuse of a casino took his name. It may look classy, but don’t be fooled - it has absolutely nothing beneath the fancy appearance. Awful non-cashable bonuses (there are several types of welcome bonuses, and their wagering requirements are 35 or 39 times the sum of the deposit and the bonus), problems with support, extremely weird minimum deposit amounts and a very limited variety of games. Do you need more reasons to dislike this casino? Okay, here you go - they used to run on Amigotechs software, that is infamous for running rigged video poker games.
Bogart Casino can’t boast a great reputation. It uses different software now, but we know that they used to be powered by Amigotechs, a developer known for cheating on their video pokers. The license they hold doesn’t add much to their trustworthiness either - Costa Rican regulatory authority doesn’t really care about handling your issues.
Just like people (as you probably know from your ex), even the dumbest and shittiest casinos manage to look good sometimes. Bogart Casino is happy to prove this - the website is cool, with a stylish sepia background, smooth interface and handy navigation.
Customer Support: The support agents must be available 24/7, but, actually, that’s not right - we have tried to contact them via live chat, and almost all the departments were offline. Other options of contact include email and phone. Surprisingly, but there are several toll-free numbers - for the USA and Canada.
Banking: Deposit options seem to be fine too: Skrill, Neteller, Visa… yeah, nice… Bitcoin, Person to Person? Alright, the more the better… Minimum deposit €100… What? How could that be a minimum? Bank wire - minimum €1000? Not even funny. Furthermore, when you switch to withdrawals most of those suddenly disappear and you are stuck with Bitcoin (“coming soon!”), Checks (min €1000, €50 fee) and Person to Person (fees vary, €100 min, €700 max). One more great piece of news - processing your payouts may take up to 14 days, and the maximum amount you can withdraw is €4000 per week.

Software and Game Variety
After the failure with the previous software, Bogart Casino’s library is currently powered by SoftSwiss. Holy misery, what a library that is! Whooping 36 games to choose from.
You heard that right, 36 total, and here are some of them:
- Slots: Desert Treasure, Brave Viking, Princess Royal;
- Table games: Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette;
- Video poker: Caribbean Poker, Trey Poker, Oasis Poker;
- Casual games: Heads and Tails, Minesweeper, Scratch Dice.

Mobile and Live Games
Mobile version of Bogart Casino looks nice. What’s even better is that each and every game that is on the desktop website is here as well. It would have truly been an accomplishment, but in this case 36 games are still 36 games.
In the Live Casino section you get access to Blackjack, Baccarat and Roulette. This part of Bogart Casino doesn’t suck, surprisingly.
Bonuses and Promotions
Bogart Casino has two welcome bonuses for different sections of the casino - live games and “virtual casino” (which we assume is everything else). For the former, you also get different match percentages depending on the amount you deposit. Anyway, the bonuses are as follows:
- Live casino: a 150% bonus for €100-250 deposits; a 175% bonus for €251-500 deposits
- Virtual casino: a 500% bonus for €100-300 deposits
As expected with such a huge percentage, there’s a shitload of strings attached to these: the bonuses are not cashable, the wagering requirements are 35 times the combined deposit plus bonus amount, maximum cashout is limited to 4 times the deposited amount (for virtual casino bonus), some games are not allowed and so on. Things are even worse when it comes to live casino bonuses - they have to be wagered 39 times, and the maximum cashout is 3 (for a 175% bonus) or 2 times (for a 150% bonus). What’s even more ridiculous, is that the only deposit method you can use to get any of it is Person to Person transfer.
