Admiral Casino Review
As the name suggests, Admiral Casino must be full of navy things. But you know what - their design is all about typical casino pictures! Okay, this casino lacks logic, let’s move on. There is no live chat and the support agents are not available round the clock. Well, it looks like the further we dig, the more disappointments we face. Besides that, the selection of games is not really impressive (about 150 games by Novomatic and Mazooma). But at least live games are on the list, and the welcome bonus conditions won’t make you suffer too much (a 100% bonus up to €200, while the wagering requirement is 35 times the bonus).
- License from the UK;
- Live games;
- Nice wagering requirement: 35xB;
- Available as a mobile app.
- The support is not 24/7;
- No live chat.
The online gambling venue started operating in 2015 as Bell Fruit Casino. After a while, for some unknown reason, those guys decided to change the venue’s name. And here you go, it’s Admiral Casino now. What’s ridiculous is that nothing has changed: the casino is the same old train wreck. Anyway, it is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling and Control Commission.
The website is far from being outstanding - its design is absolutely typical for online casinos. But at least the navigation is fine, and your eyes won’t start bleeding in case you decide, for instance, to read the entire Terms and Conditions section.
Customer Support: Getting help here is not that easy. First of all, the agents are not available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - you can reach them only from 07:00 to 21:00. Secondly, there is no live chat, so you can ask for help either via email or phone. The number is toll-free, which is cool, but we still think that live chat is something that any online casino should have. But instead of chat, Admiral Casino offers you a rather short FAQ.
There is no live chat for you, sorry.
Banking: The list of banking options includes PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and a few more methods. Your withdrawals are processed within 3 business days (at least the casino says that they aim to do so). Those guys from Admiral Casino took us with our pants down (well, figuratively, not literally). We didn’t expect that such a train wreck (spoil alert!) can be even worse. They have a maximum winning per day - €250,000. And as it is inherent in crappy casinos, some information is missing - the withdrawal limit is not listed.
Software and Game Variety
Admiral Casino offers games developed by Novomatic and Mazooma. Instead of sheep, you can count the games the casino offers when you go to bed. But we suspect that it won’t help you fall asleep since the library of games is extremely tiny - about 150 games. But what is worse, the casino offers only two types of games:
- Slots: Garden of Riches, Jackpot Diamonds, Lava Loot;
- Table games: Lux Blackjack, Lux Roulette, Royal Crown Blackjack.
Mobile and Live Games
Admiral Casino is available as an application both for Android and iOS devices. The links for downloading can be found on the website, but if you somehow miss them, go to FAQ - they are waiting for you right in Mobile App subsection.
Surprisingly, this casino offers a bit more than a dozen live games. The selection includes diverse versions of Roulette and Blackjack, and several more games.
Bonuses and Promotions
Admiral Casino is not very generous in terms of bonuses - you won’t find there an enormous quantity of attractive promotions. Anyway, if you deposit at least €10, you can get a 100% bonus, up to €200.
Admiral Casino will double your first deposit up to €200.
The wagering requirement is okay - 35 times the bonus amount. But you have to meet it within 30 days. The same requirements apply to Refer a Friend bonus, which is €30. The only thing that your friend should deposit at least €10 and play 10 games (or more). The bonus terms remain the same for the UK players.
