24 VIP casino is still green, as it launched in 2017. They have to do much work to become an equal opponent to other modern casinos. Their game library is too small, offering just up to 250 titles, by Rival and BetSoft providers. The Live gaming options are limited and hard to find, but they still offer them, and that’s a good thing. The Welcome bonus is just great, with a 100% match up to €1000, and 240 free spins on the top. It would have been great if Bonus Terms were easier to find. At least the wagering requirements for the first bonus are okay - 15 xB+D. They do have a 24/7 Support, but they failed to respond us...twice. The Banking would be normal, if not for low withdrawal limits. Sooo...what to say? We don’t know what kind of “VIPs” will play here, but at least, it’s a better choice than EUCasino and Reef Club Casino.
24 VIP Casino was created in 2017 and that is probably the main reason for its drawbacks. It is a Rival Gaming casino, without a license, so we can’t trust them for sure. Moreover, they have many games by BetSoft, which makes everything worse.
The design can’t be called VIP. It is too simple and outdated. The Lobby looks like an old Mario-like game, but the navigation is convenient. It is really difficult to find any useful information in the Terms and Conditions section, as there isn’t much of it there. You may have to ask the Support for help.
If you don’t find any useful information in the T&Cs, you can try to contact the Support team. They may even answer you, if you are luckier than we are.
Customer Support: We were trying to get in touch with 24/7 Customer Support via Live Chat, but we got no response...twice. They also have an email, maybe they will answer there.
Banking: There is no impressive list of banking options, but you still have some methods to choose from: Visa/Mastercard, Bitcoin cash, Skrill, Neteller, Bank Transfer, and a couple of others. They do charge fees for withdrawals via a few methods, but it’s not the worst thing here. The withdrawal limits are awful, as you can cash out only €500 per day and €2000 per week.
