Typical “Made in China” stuff - that’s what we think of this place. And you know, if we were to describe 12Bet Casino in a single word, it would be “confusing”. Weird versions of the website for Asian and UK citizens, dorky bonuses, messed up navigation, and so on. If you manage to get to the bottom of it, you’ll find a standard Playtech library, decent mobile support, great selection of live games, reliable customer support (though the phone support is missing), and acceptable wagering requirements (20xB+D) on their 120% Welcome Bonus, up to MYR 500.

12Bet is a huge Asian gambling platform that offers a variety of products, including, but not limited to, sportsbook, number games, (lotto, keno and such) and casino titles. But wait, what are the odds, there is one more version of the website for UK citizens, which is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.
The website looks alright, with a fancy red, black, and grey theme catching the eye. The navigation and presentation of the necessary information is confusing. You can’t access any T&Cs or other informational section from most of the countries. At least all of the information is available on the UK version of the website.

Banking: Speaking of the banking - they seem to support several popular international payment and withdrawal methods: Neteller, Visa/Mastercard, EntroPay, Webmoney, Skrill (called Moneybookers here, as it was 5 years ago), Solo and Neosurf. It can take up to 5 business days to process your funds.
Customer Support: If you decide you need to contact the free online support, you can do so via a live chat or email. You can do it at any moment, as the service is available round the clock. We would suggest using the latter only if your issue isn’t very pressing and can wait a month or two.
Software and Game Variety
The games here at 12Bet UK are powered by Playtech. While there is an instant play option, you’d be better off with a downloadable client for your PC. There are about 250 titles in total. Slots collection is as good as in any Playtech site, with dozens of licensed games and great progressive jackpots. The other gaming options are pretty diverse too. The Mobile version works fine on smartphones and tablets, right in the browser. The number of games is smaller, but that was expected. You can also download one of the applications, if you want to, of course.
They can offer only some variations of Baccarat in the live gaming section. There are no even standard Blackjack and Roulette. The UK version doesn’t feature any of live gaming options, and it’s strange according to their bigger general game library.

The Promotions section here at 12Bet Casino confusing as hell. It is even separated from the website, having another domain name. Here we learn that there are even more Clubs (which are not mentioned anywhere else on the website) - Ruby, Crystal, Topaz, and Diamond. Each club has its own Welcome Bonus. In order to claim most of these bonuses, you have to make a deposit, and then fill in your transaction details (the amount, currency, contact phone number, messenger ID) on the promotion page. Screw this, we’re outta here.
Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are 20 times the bonus plus deposit amount, which isn’t bad at all.
Alright, let’s take a deep breath and look closer at one of those bonuses, the one for Diamond Club. You will get 120% match bonus, up to MYR500, (about €100) on your first deposit. The wagering requirements are rather acceptable - 20 times the bonus plus deposit amount. However, this bonus (just like most others) only applies to players using MYR currency (Malaysian Ringgit).

UK citizens aren’t so lucky to have at least one welcome bonus. Currently, there is just one bonus for the sportsbook.
